Erika’s Story

I’m Erika, an Australian girl who moved abroad. You’ll find me out on my next adventure, trying a new food spot or enjoying a solo date. I love all things travel, food, fashion, craft and self care. I’m obsessed with road trips and can’t go past an iced matcha latte.

My passion lies in creating travel and lifestyle content that empowers and encourages people to live life to fullest. I value content that is authentic - because there’s nothing worse than being let down by an overhyped Instagram trap. On my socials, you’ll find only the most honest travel stories and recommendations to guide and inspire your adventures.

Before content creation, I worked as a critical care nurse and paramedic. Burnt out and unfulfilled in healthcare, I decided it was time to chase the things that truly make me happy - travel and creativity. I embarked on a mission to travel to places I had always dreamed of seeing and wow, it lit a spark that changed my life forever. So much so that I ended up moving halfway across the world alone. Living abroad was completely transformative for me, pushing me to grow as I navigated my early 20’s.

Now, as a full-time content creator, I’ve blended my love for travelling, storytelling, photography and connecting with others all into one incredible dream job that makes me so happy and grateful every day. And over time, I’ve been lucky enough to build an incredible online community that I get to share all of my experiences with (yes, I’m talking about you)!

So, welcome to my world — a mix of travel and adventure, aesthetics, self care and self discovery, and the ever-evolving journey of a twenty-something year old girl in pursuit of genuine happiness.

Currently, I’m back home in Australia, but will be moving back to Tel Aviv again very soon - this time for good! I hope to inspire you with recounts of my travels and life living abroad in my 20’s (in perhaps what is the world’s most misunderstood country), and hope that you, too, will also feel compelled to create your dream life.
